Cameo Coral challenge
So my sister challenged me to make a card using Cameo Coral. I used a Very Vanilla base for my card. Matted on top of that is Chocolate Chip, then Bashful Blue, then Cameo Coral. I ran the coral through my crimper because I hadn't used it for a while. I tied some Very Vanilla taffeta ribbon around the layers before adhering it to the card base. I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from So Many Scallops on vanilla with Chocolate Chip then punched it out with my scallop circle punch. This card will be for my Mother's birthday April 25th unless I make something I like better before then.

DSP cards
My First Blog!
I need more paper. Hee Hee. I really have plenty, but you know how it is. When I see pretty or interesting paper, something just comes over me. It could be the design or the colors. Paper is the cornerstone of my favorite hobby. I am a hobby paper-crafter. Being a school teacher I also use a lot of paper at work too. Notebook paper, construction paper, copy paper in white and other colors. My students and I use a lot of paper. Now I realize that the word need is maybe an exaggeration. My husband is very sweet and supportive of my hobby, but he does tease me when I say that I need something. He likes to point it out especially when my 4 year-old son says he needs something. I wonder where he gets that from?
